He had a rapid rise to the first team after 18 months in the U21 squad. He was a key player in the Under 21 league title success of 2016/17.

Ezri Konsa – A versatile young player. He has already played for the first team in centre back, full back and midfield positions. Recently selected at international level for England U20 and has been at the Academy since he was Under 12. Ezri was a student in the Academy full time educational project with Harris Academy graduating from there to his scholarship at Charlton in 2014.

Dillon Phillips – 22 year old Goal Keeper who has been at the Academy since he was U9. Excellent shot stopper and exuberant personality who deservedly got his chance at first team level this season after a very consistent loan spell in 2015/16 at Cheltenham Town where he helped them get promotion to the Football League.
