The end of the 2024/25 season is almost upon us – and it’s time to vote for your Charlton Athletic Young Player of the Year!
Voting is open to Valley Gold members ONLY and closes on Sunday, 20th April.
The four nominated players to choose from are:
Karoy Anderson
A midfielder with relentless energy and intensity, Anderson has made 38 appearances for the Addicks across all competitions in 2024/25 and scored the winner during Charlton’s 2-1 victory at Bolton Wanderers in January 2025.
The 20-year-old’s performances have continued to be recognised internationally, with Anderson now having 12 Jamaica caps to his name.
Tyreece Campbell
Operating in a new role as a central striker, Campbell has been a vital part of Nathan Jones’ team this season with his pace and power.
The 21-year-old, who made his 100th Charlton appearance in January 2025, has scored nine goals this term, including a beautiful brace in the Addicks’ 4-0 victory over promotion rivals Huddersfield Town at The Valley.
No player in Sky Bet League One has completed more successful dribbles than Campbell in 2024/25.
Kai Enslin
Enslin impressed on his senior debut during Charlton’s Vertu Trophy victory against Bromley in November 2024 and has since been part of Nathan Jones’ training squad.
The versatile 19-year-old, who was named in the men’s first-team squad for the Addicks’ Sky Bet League One clash against Wigan Athletic in March 2025, was rewarded with a new long-term contract with the club during EFL Youth Development Week.
Enslin has starred for Chris Lock’s title-chasing U21s this season with a number of goals and assists.
Miles Leaburn
Leaburn made his long-awaited return from a hamstring injury in October 2024 and has since made 32 appearances across all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing three assists.
The 21-year-old was named the Sky Bet League One Player of the Month and EA Sports FC EFL Young Player of the Month for December after netting four goals – including the club’s Chicken George Goal of the Month – and contributing two assists as the Addicks concluded the calendar year with three consecutive victories.
The striker also collected February’s Chicken George Goal of the Month award for a wonderful strike in Charlton’s 3-0 triumph over Exeter City.
