Jason Adigun’s stunning strike for Charlton’s Under 18s against Swansea has been voted the August/September 2021 Academy Goal of the Month.
The young striker scored the Addicks’s second goal in the 3-0 win at Sparrows Lane, showing great technique to send an unstoppable first-time volley flying past the goalkeeper from the edge of the box.
Adigun’s effort was chosen by Charlton Supporters in an online vote organised by Valley Gold, beating seven other contenders.
