Ruben Carvalho’s stunning strike for a Charlton Athletic XI against Eastbourne Borough on Tuesday, 9 March at Eastbourne’s Priory Lane has been voted the March 2021 Academy Goal of the Month.
Carvalho scored Charlton’s third goal in an impressive 5-1 win with a close-range shot just before half-time.
Carvalho’s effort was chosen by Charlton Supporters in an online vote organised by Valley Gold, beating eight other contenders.
